Passenger car of 2nd class, type 111Aw, Warsaw Szczęśliwice station.
Passenger car of 2nd class, type 111Aw
The wagon with supply heating is a later development version of the Y-type wagon family. Their production began in the mid-1980s by the HCP factories in Poznań and Pafawag, and modernized by ZNTK as part of the main carriage repairs.
The cars with supply heating differ from previous types in that they have a rectangular grille on the aisle side and a ventilation system including a heater on the chassis. The switch box has been moved to the left side of the chassis, as viewed from the corridor side, and a second box has been added on the compartment side. These wagons do not have vents on the roof above each compartment.

Presentation of model 111Aw (general):
* The new lighting board has been designed so that you can control the interior and end of depot lights without using a function decoder (you will need a special board, which is in preparation, and end of depot lights). The board also has the ability to connect a function decoder, using which it will be possible to control the lighting in each compartment independently. The lighting works in both analog and digital systems.
Instructions for the lighting board can be found in the tab above.
