Three-axle construction vehicle for transporting sand and crushed rock
Raab Karcher was one of the construction dealers in the Federal Republic that began expanding in the 1970s. The dealers had their own fleet of trucks that guaranteed timely delivery of construction materials to the site. A Mercedes-Benz high-sided dump truck with a cubic cab, mounted on a three-axle chassis, enabled flexible delivery of sand and ballast to the construction site. The original Mercedes-Benz side dump truck is considered one of the first vehicles with a cab over the engine, which at the time had to first dispel prejudices on German construction sites. construction companies throughout the Federal Republic of Germany preferred trucks with a hood.
