"Ferdinand" was a heavy tank destroyer used by the German Wehrmacht Panzerjäger during World War II. It was built in small batches in 1943 under the name Ferdinand, after the turret designed by Ferdinand Porsche, which was originally discarded in favor of the preferred Henschel design, combined with tank hulls that were produced for the Tiger I tank. extremely effective, very thick armor and its massive 88mm cal. gun, it was a formidable opponent that could flare enemy targets at distances of up to 2 kilometers. The Red Army's anti-tank weapons were powerless against the Ferdinand's abilities. Ferdinand served until the very end of the war, ending in Berlin.
