Stand for shooting and cleaning of weapons
Weapon sharpening stand is an essential tool for sport shooters and hunters to enable proper adjustment of aiming instruments. The stand can also be used when cleaning weapons and gunsmithing work.
The main task of the stand is to eliminate the shooter's mistakes (vibration, posture, fatigue), which can interfere with or impede the process of accurate rifle shooting. The rack acts as a base and holder, in which we stably fix the weapon. Excluding his own mistakes, the shooter, after properly setting the sight, can obtain a repeatable point of hit.
Steel construction
The stand has a heavy construction made of steel profiles, which provides adequate stability and rigidity when firing a large caliber weapon. The stand's arm can be adjusted vertically from -5° to +20°. A rigid cushion with Velcro tape and metal forks with a leather insert are used to secure the weapon. These solutions allow for stable seating of the weapon on the stand without the risk of scratching it. The height of the arm and weapon mounts can be precisely adjusted with lockable knobs without the need for tools. Enlarged knobs are comfortable to use and allow to operate them even with gloves. The base has non-slip rubber feet, which can be replaced with spikes (not included).
