DPM Mechanical Recoil Reduction System for the Arsenal Firearms Strike One 5"
The DPM mechanical recoil reducer is a direct replacement for the standard recoil reduction rod and requires no modifications to the pistol.
This system operates via a multi-spring rod (three springs) and controls the firearm’s operation. The third spring, located within the rod, controls the slide’s movement, preventing it from striking the frame.
The kit includes 3 separate springs, allowing the shooter to precisely adjust the firearm to their individual needs. A longer spring (with more coils) is stronger and has a higher load capacity than a shorter spring.

Power Rates
Slide idle position:
- Short: 9 lbs
- Medium: 10 lbs
- Long: 11 lbs
Slide fully open position:
- 24–25 lbs approx.
