The "STANDARD CLASSIC MINOR" calibration kit contains return springs with a force of 9 to 12 pounds - used mainly in "STANDARD/CLASSIC (MINOR)" pistols 1911/2011 classified according to IPSC rules.

The "STANDARD/CLASSIC MINOR" package includes:

  • ET-111329 / 9 lbs - 1 pc.
  • ET-111330 / 10 lbs - 1 pc.
  • ET-111331 / 11 lbs - 1 pc.
  • ET-111332 / 12 lbs - 1 pc.

A progressive spring differs from an ordinary spring in that the distance between the coils decreases gradually, starting from the center of the spring until the last coil.

After receiving pressure, the spring starts working in two phases:

1. The first half of the spring with an identical distance between the coils begins to compress from the beginning.
2. After the first half has fully contracted, the second half, with a reduced distance between the coils, also begins to compress.
Each coil increases the compression force of the spring. Full compression provides maximum resistance and reduces the recoil impulse.
