The BMPT was nicknamed "Terminator" not by accident. The combat effectiveness of a single BMPT exceeds that of two platoons of motorized rifles (including six BMPs of about 40 men). Unlike a tank, it is capable of conducting intense fire on any target regardless of its height and attacking up to four targets simultaneously.
