Professional knife for art and modeling work
The knife allows you to accurately cut a variety of materials - from delicate films to small plastic parts and soft wood. Metal blade mounting and well-balanced handle made of fiberglass-filled composite allows precise cutting with high force. Located in the sleeve (3), the blade mounting clamp (1) , is divided into two parts. Between them there is a U-shaped spring (2), which, when unscrewing the sleeve (3), causes the clamp (1) to split, allowing the used blade to be ejected and the new one to be inserted.
The shape of the handle prevents the knife from rolling off the work surface. A wide selection of blades of different shapes is available, which significantly expands the range of possibilities for using the knife.
For cutting, we recommend CM series backing mats with a thickness of 2 mm. In addition to comfortable and accurate cutting, they provide protection for the countertop from damage and the blades from rapid dulling.

NOTE !
OLFA blades are extremely sharp. Be very careful when cutting and replacing blades. Used blades can also be dangerous - before throwing them away, protect them using, for example, containers in which new blades are delivered, or use special OLFA DC-2 and DC-4 containers.
