Mr.Surfacer is a series of premium quality primers / liquid putties for polystyrene models.
Thanks to the use of high-end components, the resulting coating is at the same time extremely thin, durable and mechanically resistant.
When used properly, there is no question of flooding even the most fine details of models such as rivets or delicate pitch lines.
Mr.Surfacer:
- improves adhesion and proper distribution of model paints applied with it,
- makes visible and gives the opportunity to correct minor defects or shortcomings arising at the stage of gluing or sanding the model,
- during the eventual sanding, it spreads like a putty and gives the opportunity to precisely correct errors,
- if necessary, after the correction stage, it is possible to apply another layer of the product on previously sanded elements.
Surfacer numerical values indicate the grain size of the primer.
The higher the number ( 500->1000->1200->1500), the finer the grain and the smoother the final coating.
The lower the value ( 1500->1200->1000->500 ), the coarser the grain and the higher the putty properties.
Directions for use:
Shake well before use and bring to room temperature.
Apply in a smooth, steady motion from a distance of 15-20 cm.
Tip:
For those untrained in spray painting, we suggest testing on a piece of plastic.
Skillful control of the spray will prevent streaks.
