How it works
All components of the Research Vessel are made of high-quality, eco-friendly wood. The use of glue or additional tools for assembly is not required. The "skeleton" design of the ship's body allows you to look into the hold or engine room and see what makes the ship move. The energy that propels the model is generated by a rubber motor and regulated by a pendulum. The clever gear arrangement in this block mimics the sound of a diesel engine and keeps the ship running smoothly and steadily. The folding model has three modes of movement - forward, turn and automatic maneuvering. These modes are controlled by a lever that can be switched manually.
Wooden ship design
Your new boat has everything you need for proper exploration: a bathyscaphe for deep-sea exploration, a small motorboat and lifeboat, a drop ramp, an opening cargo hold hatch and other fun and interesting features you'll find in real ships. The folding model is equipped with a crane for handling cargo and lifting bathyscaphes. You can use the crane to pull the bathyscaph from the depths and fix it on a special extendable platform.
