The Evolution is a hit among paint guns: the system's robust design, precise workmanship and smooth operation have made the unit one of the most widely used airbrushes since its introduction. The Evolution is available with a flow system or the Evolution X variant with a suction system, each as a solo and two-in-one model. Two-in-one models each contain two sets of nozzles in different sizes and allow the unit to be quickly and flexibly adapted to all areas of application. Like all Harder & Steenbeck airbrushes, the Evolution is also equipped with solvent-resistant PTFE seals. The nozzle on the airbrush is unscrewed which makes it easy to disassemble and clean the unit. The nozzle is "inserted" into the cover which is screwed on by hand without tools.

Pressing the trigger of the airbrush opens the airflow, while pulling the trigger back dispenses the amount of paint (the more you pull, the more paint you add). The airbrush does not have an adjustable needle lock, it can be optionally retrofitted with a Quick Fix system to adjust the size of the spot.

To paint larger areas, replace the nozzle and 0.4 mm needle and the 5 ml reservoir. (included in the kit).
