The Malmöland prototype belongs to the group of Dutch windmills and couldn't have been a better fit for a railroad mockup or diorama. The octagonal base is essential for the whole tower-like structure. The wooden structure with overlapping planks blends harmoniously with the solid base of broken stone. As a tall tower windmill, it also has long sails that provide ample shelter from the wind and increase energy. The cap forms a beautiful, bulbous crown. The dominant feature is the surrounding wooden gallery with diagonal support beams. The blades are rotated in the direction of the wind by means of a mast.
A plug-in mounting system is included.
Plastic model to be glued together. The kit does not include glue.
