The single-track "tunnel portal" from the Steinmauer PROFI Plus series, made of hard foam, is perfect for realistic reproduction of single-track entrances to tunnels and shelters. The portal in H0 track gauge (1:87 scale) not only adds character to the railroad landscape - both in nature and in the model on your layout.
Made of structural hard foam, the "tunnel portal" is very lightweight yet stable, and looks extremely realistic. The portal can be easily machined with a modeling knife and cut to size.
Note: The portal fits all items in the Steinmauer PROFI plus hard foam series. "Tunnel portal" is also suitable for installation on catenary.
Hard foam is a very versatile and lightweight material with an extremely realistic surface. It can be cut and carved very easily with a saw or modeling knife. In addition, the pieces can be joined using hot glue or contact glue. Once placed in the mock-up, the pieces can be individually painted in the color of your choice using NOCH acrylic sprays and acrylic paints.
