2 years from the date of purchase for a retail customer (receipt)
1 year from the date of purchase if the product is purchased by a company (invoice).
After this period, the seller - Master Jet (Hobbymax) is not a party and does not participate in the complaint process, and the customer directly contacts Vortex carrying out the complaint process on his own.
