Driving and lighting decoder for Hobby 8 - pin series locomotives.

The PIKO 56122 locomotive decoder is a small, powerful multi-protocol decoder. he can w
DCC and Motorola** digital systems, and also work in analog mode
with DC voltage or with AC voltage and overvoltage pulse reversal (Märklin* system).
The decoder operates at 18.75 KHz and is therefore suitable not only for DC motors, but also for coreless motors (e.g. Faulhaber, Maxon, Escap), continuous current consumption 1A. Short-term higher inrush currents are well tolerated.
Motor characteristics are set by minimum, average and maximum speed.
Load control can be individually adjusted for different locomotive engines using control parameters.
The decoder has two direction-dependent light outputs.
Using function keys f3 and f4, the shunting gear with extended slow travel range and the start-brake delay can be switched.
The decoder can be programmed with PIKO Digi-Power-Box, DCC and Märklin* controllers.
All CVs can be programmed with all devices.
Upon delivery, the decoder automatically recognizes DCC and Motorola data formats, as well as
suitable analog operation with DC or W
