New from PIKO for 2025: EP09 from PIKO in the PKP version of the V-era. The implementation of the characteristically angular prototype in the model succeeds in the usual high quality. The smooth edges of the modern locomotive design are complemented by fine details, so that the specific features of the selected prototype are also reflected in the model. The PIKO Expert model features the finest engravings, plastic fan reproductions, as well as a highly detailed roof structure and intricately designed bogies. Thanks to its high unladen weight and perfectly coordinated drive concept, the locomotive has plenty of tractive power, which can be further optimized with the simple installation of a digital decoder. The model is complemented by a clean prototype paint job and intricate printing. The model has a PuX22 interface for easy decoder retrofitting, and there is also enough space on the circuit board for speaker installation.
