Siemens Vectron - locomotives produced by German manufacturer Siemens for freight and passenger car service.
The first presentation of the electric locomotive took place on June 29, 2010 in Wegberg-Wildentrah, and the diesel locomotive was presented at the InnoTrans rail fair that same year.
Romania received its first permanent approval for the rail network in late June 2012 (in Poland and Sweden it was a temporary approval). In September 2012, the electric locomotive received permanent approval in Poland.
