New 2022 With the H0 model of the Vectron electric locomotive, PIKO fulfills the wishes of PIKO fans who, both as mock-up operators and as collectors, have opted for models based on prototypes of the latest railroad technology. With the Vectron, PIKO delivers a finely crafted model, based on a solid cast zinc frame and equipped with proven PIKO standards, with numerous extras. PIKO's proven engine provides excellent handling characteristics thanks to two large flywheels. The locomotive's tractive force, which is driven on all four axles, is enhanced by two traction tires that are placed on the inner driving axles of both bogies in a diagonal arrangement with respect to each other. The front and rear lights are illuminated by LEDs whose red and white colors change with the direction of travel. The externally elegant appearance of this model includes an accurately reproduced technical "roofscape" and carefully detailed bogies with prototype wheel disc profiles. Printed version of the BR 193 as the BR 193 ELL with NS era VI. The model is prepared for easy retrofitting with sound and as large a speaker as possible and has a PluX22 interface.
