CYJANOACRYL Glues 20g thick JOKER

Joker cyanoacrylate glue of dense consistency will bond metal, glass, wood, rubber, plastic (in small amounts), ceramic surfaces, EPP and other materials in several to tens of seconds. Indispensable especially in typical modeling work with wood, where it quickly forms a strong, tight and durable bond.

Packed in a round, leak-proof bottle with an applicator - glue content in the bottle: 20g.

The thick consistency means that the adhesive does not run off so quickly on the glued surface and stays in the place of application. This makes it ideal for use, for example, in places where it is not possible to place the glued object in a horizontal position. Dense glue binds glued surfaces in a slightly longer time than CA adhesives of thinner consistency - so it will work well in the case of the need to glue together two larger surfaces, where after spot application of glue in several places, the user will still have a dozen-something seconds to position them properly. When working with wood, dense glue will not penetrate its structure as quickly and will linger on its surface after application - this comes in handy when gluing larger and thicker pieces of wood together, especially when they need to be precisely aligned.

In order to immediately harden the glued surfaces, the adhesive is recommended to be used in tandem with Joker activator (accelerator) spray, which, after application at the gluing site, will instantly harden the bond and complete the gluing process.

During use, basic safety rules should be observed - the glue glues human skin dangerously fast, is highly poisonous, and its fumes are harmful. Glue should not be used by minors, unless under the close supervision and guidance of an adult.

Also available in our store is a debonder for CA adhesives, which effectively and quickly neutralizes the glue in accidentally glued areas.

The durability of the glue depends on the temperature of its storage. Once opened, the adhesive is recommended to be stored in a refrigerator or other cool place, not exposed to sunlight or other sources of light and heat.

+ 20 deg C. - 6 months
+ 5 deg. C. - 12 months
(this does not apply to already glued surfaces)

Note: CA glue, regardless of its density, is not recommended for gluing paper, polystyrene, depron, lightweight polystyrene foam, delicate fibers (and other textile materials), as well as for use in precision plastic modeling, due to the possibility of over-melting, undesirable hardening or, in the case of very delicate surfaces, deformation of the glued surface.

Attention !

Some materials such as polystyrene, foams and the like may be damaged during gluing, so always make a test on the material before using the glue.
