TheCitroën 11CV was produced from 1934 to 1957 and was one of the best French cars at the time. Its lightweight body of shell construction and low center of gravity with front-wheel drive and torsion spring suspension provided excellent performance. They were widely used by the French military, and thus a large number were used by German forces after the occupation of France. They were deployed throughout Europe, Russia and North Africa.
