Liquid Gold is a selection of 8 durable metallic colors for artwork, restoration, decorative art and hobby painting. Created from metallic pigments that are soluble only in alcohol, these colors are infinitely more brilliant than their water-based counterparts, as well as absolutely durable and lightfast. The paint should be shaken or stirred thoroughly before use.
Should it be necessary to dilute the colors further, add only 96% pure alcohol to avoid oxidation. Liquid Gold must not be mixed with water, as the slightest contact with water will cause the pigments in the jar to rust.
The colors can be mixed together for further tonal changes. Brushes are cleaned with alcohol or Vallejo Brush Cleaner (No. 28,900).
Safety: Liquid Gold is flammable due to its alcohol content, but does not contain xylene or toluene.
