This set of five acrylic paints is essential for painting the authentic colors of the Soviet Air Force from 1937 to mid-1941. The AK paints are not only historically accurate and specially formulated from the highest quality components; they are also designed with the effect of scale reduction in mind. AK acrylic paints are ready to use straight from the bottle; simply shake and the paint is ready to use. Thinning is not necessary when spray-painting AK acrylic paints; however, when painting camouflage or fine lines, add a few drops of specially formulated AK712 thinner. Suitable for all acrylic paints, AK712 improves paint performance and is far superior to most other available thinners, resulting in greater coverage when applied with a brush.
