NOCH 60918 PROFI Casting Compound / Rock Making Kit - 1000 g
A set for creating super realistic and inexpensive rock walls and mountain slopes!
The NOCH rock casting system consists of six different 24 x 12 cm molds. The new NOCH "PROFI" casting compound was also developed especially for this purpose. With it, extremely realistic individual rocks, rock walls and rock formations are created as if by magic. Whether you want to build a mountain massif or model a railroad embankment with single rocks, the NOCH rock casting system offers the ideal solution: with "PROFI casting compound" it is possible to duplicate rocks from a single mold in an almost unlimited quantity. This makes cast rocks very economical and is especially suitable for shaping large rock and stone surfaces.
The casting molds have a special inner coating so that the rocks can be more easily removed from the mold after hardening. In addition, the packaging of the casting molds is designed so that it also serves as a stable casting frame. This frame is placed under the rock casting mold to stabilize it. It can then be filled with PROFI casting compound.
The special NOCH "PROFI" casting compound can be mixed very easily with water at a ratio of 1:3, poured into the rock-casting molds without creating air bubbles, and it provides a high degree of stability. After curing, it has a white color, making it an ideal base material for casting rocks yourself, which can then be colored with NOCH natural paints.
1000 g of "PROFI casting compound" is enough for about 800 ml of casting.
